Laurie Lamm Weston is a former teacher, assistant principal, and central office administrator of over 15 years. In addition, she has served as a teacher, intern supervisor, and teaching and research graduate assistant at East Carolina University. Laurie received her BA in education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1978 and is currently working towards her EdD in educational leadership at Eastern Carolina University. She also teaches adult basic education at Beaufort County Community College.
