Bob Moul

As president of field operations, Bob Moul is responsible for optimizing value through continuous improvement initiatives within SCT's client-facing operations.

Moul joined SCT in September 2000 as corporate vice president for information technology services. In this capacity, he had sole responsibility for fostering the growth and health of the company's IT services business; he worked cooperatively with the market units to accomplish that goal. He also was directly responsible for central services delivery.

Prior to joining SCT, Moul spent 19 years with EDS, where he worked in all aspects of IT services (development, sales, and delivery) and was a member of the senior leadership team. He spent 4 years overseas as the executive director of government for EDS Australia, the deputy managing director and director of operations for EDS Hong Kong/China, and a global account executive for EDS UK.

Moul began his career with EDS in 1981, initially in computer operations. After graduating from the EDS engineering development program, he spent the next 12 years working on a number of large-scale systems development and implementation projects as well as outsourcing accounts in a variety of engineering, supervisory, project, and account management roles.

Moul graduated from the University of Maryland, University College, with a masters in technology management. He has completed extensive professional development courses, including an 8-month program on organizational learning with the Center for Organizational Learning at MIT and the Executive Program at the University of Michigan Business School.
