Ann Garnsey-Harter recently left the University of Idaho for an administrative position at Edmonds Community College in Lynnwood, Washington. At the UI, Garnsey-Harter was an assistant professor of Distance Education and worked directly with faculty in the design and development of off-campus instructional programs. She assisted in designing distance learning courses that utilized various Web-based instructional technologies. She is experienced as both a distance education administrator and a university teacher; in both roles, she has acted to implement instructional innovations.
